Are the leads exclusive to me?
Absolutely, we sell one lead to one customer on a first come first served basis.
Where do you get the information from?
England and Wales is seperated into 220 seperate court areas dealing with home repossessions. Our leads are gathered by a small team of researchers using a detailed cross-referencing process to ensure their accuracy. If asked by a homeowner where you got their details you can answer that it was from a list broker (like we are) and the information is collected via the above method.
How many leads are available?
We constantly update our system, so an exact figure is impossible to give. Certain areas sell out very quickly each week so we strongly advise purchasing the leads in your chosen areas in advance. We will update you on a weekly basis of leads available provided you register your email address with us. *Please note that we cannot guarantee the volume of supply*
What do i do with the leads?
Act immediately. These are the hottest prospects for your services so get the mailing out as soon as possible! We can assist with letter templates, just ask for details.
What sort of success rate will I achieve?
As in any marketing activity, this will vary from area to area and from mailishot to mailshot. If you consider that for an outlay of £400 you can sell your services to 100 homeowners facing imminent repossession hearings you can see why the potential ROI is huge. How much would it cost in local or national newspapers to pitch your services directly to 100 hot prospects?? Just one, average BMV purchase would pay for the outlay many times over.
How long do i have to commit for?
We don't have contracts or minimum terms. We prefer to build long-term relationships. We find that the BMV / sale & rent back companies prefer to buy in their leads in large batches to work, then purchase their next batch when they are ready. Debt management companies are more inclined to purchase week-in week-out. We leave it up to you as it is your business and you know what level of marketing you need for it.
How do I pay?
Orders must be paid for in advance (funds cleared). We will require you to register your business details with us and we will then invoice you for payment by credit card or cheque. All our card payments are via Google Checkout.
I've seen repossession leads at higher prices online, are they better?
No, the leads are the same. We prefer to keep our cost per lead as low as possible. We have fast and simple back office systems allowing us to deliver our leads at the lowest possible price. Our ethos is to build long-term relationships with our customers and as such it is vital we keep the lead cost as low as possible to ensure you get the maximum return on investment and subsequently keep on buying leads from us!!
